Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why

Contact form. Your name, email address, company (if given) and message. We use them only to answer you and to discuss possible cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visit statistics. We count page views without cookies. We record the page, the referring website, the language and the device type. To tell visits apart we use an anonymous identifier that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. We do not store your IP address in these statistics.

Server logs. Our server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested address) for a short period to keep the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation lasts and up to 12 months after it ends, unless we start working together, in which case they become part of our business records. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Who receives it

Our hosting provider and our email provider, acting on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

• access to your data and a copy of it,
• correction, deletion or restriction of processing,
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
• data portability,
• a complaint to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
