A read-only check for companies that keep their accounts in wFirma. It compares the books with the bank statement and lists what does not add up.
What it finds
- Bank operations that were never booked.
- Invoices marked as paid when no payment arrived.
- Invoices still open although the money is in the bank.
- Expenses entered twice.
- Expenses with VAT that is missing from the purchases register.
- Invoices and expenses past their due date.
How it works
- Connect wFirma, read-only
- The check reads invoices, expenses and payments. It cannot add, change or delete anything in your books.
- Add a bank statement
- Upload the statement file from your bank. Amounts are compared within the same currency and never converted.
- Review the list
- Each finding comes with its date, amount and the reason it was raised. You decide what is a mistake and what is fine.
